Tecnocurve has been awarded CSQ and ISO 9001 quality certification since 2001, making carefully planned and targeted work organisation indispensable to its production process.

The company bases its concept of quality on the following key points:

· Respect for delivery dates/times
· Production quality meaning respecting the tolerances and aesthetics of the element
· Packaging suited to the product and to shipping

One of our company's strong points is its quick response times for cost fixings. The company employs numerous computerised and paper archives to cross-monitor work costs, times and work methods in order to streamline operations.

Raw materials arrive at the plant and are subjected to dimensional and qualitative tests to ensure conformity; an indispensable process aimed at guaranteeing that customers receive a homogenous product even over large lots and in order to make optimum use of the numerically controlled machines.

Please note that a stable stock of approximately 500 quintals of tubing with different commercial sections is kept by the company in order to enable us to rapidly complete and deliver customer orders, while often avoiding the product purchasing process with suppliers which might increase times.

In terms of quality, our most basic feature is total respect for the tolerances dictated by the customer.
This process is streamlined by control templates for each bending phase in order to obtain a quality product guaranteed in every detail.

Aesthetics are also extremely important to the company. This is especially true when working specific profiles. Tecnocurve ensures excellent quality bending as a result of 15 years of work experience in the deformation sector and as a result of its capacity for creating specific equipment for each section to be shaped.

Particular care is taken during internal handling and shipping, with box packaging, pallets, and special nylon packaging with heat-shrinkage and controlled strapping to optimise the handling and loading of goods.
All packages are identified with labels containing all the necessary information to aid checking and speed up customer storage procedures.
