Tecnocurve sections - SECTION PROFILE BENDING

Tecnocurve Sections are unique, exclusively granted, and used by the company to produce cabs for:
· Agricultural machinery
· Earth-moving machinery
· Forklift trucks
· Street sweepers

This type of section of profile bending has a double door-glass stop, specifically designed for the construction of cabs and produced with S235 normalized materials.

Tecnocurve also bends and rolls these sections, creating frames combining tight radiuses with very wide bends, for modern and innovative cab designs.
Tecnocurve can also carry out accessory works on these parts such as: slots, holes, shaping etc., by using a plasma cutting robot which can perform the work in high-definition, supplying customers with a finished part ready for assembly.

In this sector, expecially for section profile bending, the use of automatic machines allows for mass production at a high qualitative standard. This is also partly due to improvements in the methods used to run dimensional checks on the parts which are performed with especially made control templates for each individual piece.
