The company's reliability is furthermore guaranteed by a control system on all works carried out, which is a typical feature of any company working with quality certification and is aimed at as making assembly operations for customers as easy as possible because of the precision of the parts produced.

Readily available to follow customers when embarking on a new project, Tecnocurve accompanies them with its own technical consultancy services, producing prototypes to be used as a starting point, as well as always being available to construct new equipment in order to fulfil these aims.

Apart from producing cab sides employing either its unique sections (see the Tecnocurve sections page) or other sections supplied by customers, the company also specialises in the production of all agricultural machine parts requiring specifically bent or rolled parts, such as for example:
· Three point hitches
· Spirals for rotating harrows
· Control frames
· Protective roll-bars
· Barrow supports

Specific cuts and holes can be made on these parts employing the anthropomorphic plasma cutting robot with 7 controlled axes, which can work up to a maximum thickness of 20 mm.
A workstation with 6 control axes allows holes and other indispensable accessory works to be carried out on thin tubing in order to complete the piece.
The company can also work pre-worked tubing on the laser cutting workstation up to a thickness of 5 mm should the quantities allow it.

The company's strong point is the manufacture of thee point hitches in 100x100x8 mm S355J2H and EN10210 (FE510D hot-worked) tubing where it personally tracks the production of the tubing on order and keeps a constant supply in stock.
These parts are manufactured employing specific equipment especially designed to limit swelling as much as possible on the external parts at the centre of the bend, therefore delivering a product of excellent quality to the customer complete with certifications attesting to the materials employed.
