The company offers itself on the custom bending market as an outside contractor employing CNC machines which enable it to work round sections with a maximum diameter of 139 mm and 120 mm for square tubing.
In terms of rolling, that is deformation on relatively wide radiuses, the company can shape tubing with a maximum diameter of up to 154 mm for round tubing and 160 mm for square tubing.
Its facilities are comprised of 14 different tubing and section bending machines, enabling the company to fulfil a wide range of requests on a market in continuous evolution.
The cutting department is instead comprised of 2 CNC machines for bar shearing subdivided by capacity. Both are in any case equipped with automatic loading-unloading.

The company is also equipped with the following for accessory works:
· Semiautomatic machines for simple band saw or running blade cutting
· Anthropomorphic plasma cutting robot with 7 axes capable of performing plasma cutting operations up to a maximum of 25 mm in width. The robot is equipped with a rotating work bench in order to perform complex works in specific positions.
· Workstation with 5 controlled axes for special perforations, slots, threaded holes, and grooving on tubing and sections with reduced widths up to a maximum of 5 mm in width.

With the capable support of its suppliers, please note that the company can also bend pre-worked tubing, such as laser cutting and numerically controlled turning.

Materials
Our continuous search for quality suppliers enables us to fulfil requests for specific materials, such as ferrous products (S235, normalised S355, hot finished or cold formed, ASTM, SS, Gas, drawn, AISI stainless steel 304/316) and non-ferrous materials such as aluminium and brass.
